Support starring/favoriting comics #4

Popular request.

Will require a Core Data migration as well as some UI thinking. Should also be supported in search mode -- allow a way to restrict to only starred comics.

For UI, I'm leaning in favor of using a drag left or right gesture on the table view cell, much like Reeder. Some question about what the other direction should signify...
