Improve readability of large tables

Improve the readability of large tables by reducing the font-size, introducing static columns/rows, or allowing viewing tables on full-screen. This problem has been alleviated by #39, which moved most tables from iframes to the book source, but it resulted in other readability issues due to "squeezed" columns and improper alignment of columns. The problem is also related to #56.
