Improve mechanical models

Improve the mechanical models by

• [x] Whenever a parameter is changed, the tool refreshes immediately the calculation and the graph and the page scrolls up. It would be nice if the graphs remained static (in the same position) when the new one is created, so that it is easy to check how they change. The way it is now the user can't visually check for changes with respect to the previous parameters that were inserted.
• [x] For the bottom graph that appears, the unit is only years. Is it possible to add other units of measurement?
• [x] Can some grid lines be entered for the bottom graph?
• [x] Whenever a parameter is changed, the tool refreshes the calculation immediately. It would be useful to have a button that re-calculates the probability after all changes are done, which is especially helpful for sensitivity analysis.
• [x] For 8.1. Solid lubricant wear, when sliding all the parameters to the minimum value, there is an instance where a red text pops up in the window.
• [x] The following error has been observed for 8.2. Fluid lubricant wear:
• [x] For 8.3. Fatigue failure, the probability of failure is NaN if all parameters are set to minima.

@csxADS: Please have a look at all interactive models and play with the parameters. If you run into any issues (error messages, unexpected behaviour, etc.) please report it here. The models are:

I did not catch any error on trials except you have :

• dropdown selections for Dist with only 1 option
• irregular offset for cursors with e+N (it seems that we can't access all values, maybe use text area ?)
