There seems to be two bugs on the failure-rate processing page:

[x] The astronaut does not display tips when hovering over elements. This bug occurs on both Chrome and Firefox.
[x] The button on top of the page should say "Go to handbook" not "Go to model"
[x] Change $\lambda2$ to $K{\text{parameter}}$
