Given the following scenario:

• an user is creating a private event on 12 Dec 2023 at 14:00 with the duration of 120 min
  • a tutor (currently only the main tutor) is not seeing this event in his calender
• the tutor now is creating an event, tutoring session or private does not matter, on 12 Dec 2023 at 15:00 with the duration of 90 min
• the user will see the event from the tutor as a private event, but since he already has occupied the slot in the day-view, the event will overlap

Now these overlapping event scan have different cases that have to be treated, but mainly for this issue, we want to find a way to be able to show both events simultaneously.

For that we could implement:

• a hierarchy that will allow overlapping
• a side by side view
• anything else that will fix the issue of too many slots being displayed and therefore future events being not shown synchronized to the time on the left

This is a very big topic and will not be handled until release. Overlapping events are pretty unlikely to occur and will have no bigger impact on functionality.
