MIDI files exported from 6/8 tunes are too slow. #1033

If you export a 6/8 tune as MIDI and bring it into a MIDI player, it plays too slow, appears to always be at 120 bpm independent of the Q: tag.

4/4 tunes don't seem to have this issue.
