CEQR requirements for wind analysis - to replicate with Eddy3D

• What "analysis" is done? Baseline, expected, proposed/RWCDS?
• What's the output(s)? image, table, etc.

How does this align with Eddy3D GAN, which take in a single 3D model in Rhino and spits out a 512x512 image + table/2D array
