Add "viewControllerPlaceholder" to identifiers.yml #43

This allows to use new Xcode 7 feature of "Storyboard Placeholders" with SBConstants.

@paulsamuels any chance this gets merged? If you don't have time or don't want to maintain this project, I'd love to help out! Any chance I could get a write bit on this repo?

We use it in Eidolon so it's a dependency I ensure keeps ticking, TBH though, there's a lot of community support behind SwiftGen now - which is looking like a better supported & more up-to-date library - https://github.com/artsy/eigen/commit/67db3e13f132b0812ff7efd31d9f3e741f44234f

yeah, that's the reason I offered help too.

we're still all-obj-c, so as cool as SwfitGen looks, it's not much help for us.
