Google Chart -> Pie Chart 3D + Start Angle 180

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Pie Chart
2. set options is3D: true,
3. set options pieStartAngle: 180,

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Google Chart using xampp-win32-1.8.3-4-VC11
OS      : Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
Browser : Firefox 30
