Add option for selecting the library to compile files into

Currently all source files are compiled into the default library (with the name of the IP-Core). Some users would like to define the name manually.

Suggested behavior to implement:

• Add an otpional parameter to the commands that add source files
• Compile to default library if the parameter is not used
• Compile to the given library name if the parameter is used
