Migrate to ImageJ2 plugin #1

This makes the tools much more flexible and allows integration with KNIME and CellProfiler. It would also be worthwhile to integrate with bioformats

@kmader I guess you are looking to convert this plugin into a scifio (https://github.com/scifio/scifio) plugin instead of an actual ImageJ2 plugin right?
