I have updated the installation instructions in the Readme.md file to reflect the recent transition of Fiji and to some degree ImageJ2 to package Java 8 instead of Java 6. Some explanations are expanded in the hope of easing the installtion task for non-experts.
The described installation procedure has been tested on a Mac and a brandnew Fiji distribution (ImageJ 2.0.0.4c-69/1.52 with Java 1.8.0_172), but not on Linux or Windows.
