bitshuffle on Windows with Python 3.8.6 #19

Hi, I would like to use bitshuffle with h5py on Windows. I came across https://anaconda.org/paulscherrerinstitute/bitshuffle, but I could not install because my Python is conda-forge::python=3.8. Are there plans to extend support to Python 3.8?
