I. ccl integrate

  1. integration

    • [x] 1a. automatic integration of the scans with complex shape is often not good fix background slope to 0 (indeed usage of add fit function and fixing slope there works)
    • [x] 1b. monitor normalization for the whole ccl file is not performed (Jakub looks it up)
    • [x] 1c. no analysis for repeated scans within the same ccl file and merging is done (Jakub looks it up)
    • [x] 1d. 'Integrate from to' specify that this is in the label. I guess these are point number, change to the x-coordinate (not needed if labelling of the tab is more clear) often is not active (changing the dashed vertical regions does not happen)
  2. export

    • [x] 2a. below 'Preview file' choice 2,3,4 : What is that? Digits after comma? (works, better labelling is needed)
    • [x] 2b. does not make analysis integer/real and does not split results into com/incomm 2b does not work yet completely: if one ccl file is read com and income are nicely separated in the preview table, not come unsorted and with one 2 digits after the comma into the download file if a second ccl file is attached, sorting even in the preview table is not complete, (download has the same features as in single ccl file
    • [x] append extra ccl/dat files should work also from afs as it does in param study
    • [x] merge (2.000 0.875 0.000) 3803.ccl [36,188,335] works when one more ccl file 3815.ccl is added, exactly the same result as Camilla reports, presumably due to not normalising to the monitors (Jakub looks it up)
