Make emails from eaccounts unique for clarity and to avoid access rights spillover #214

E accounts should not have the email of the OPI, but rather some "fake" email address like p12345.PIforname.PIname@psi.ch. In this way one can better distinguish between the creators of snippet data and eaccounts do not get access to PIs private data

From Ana: could we just use something like e12345-surnameOfPI as the unique identifier for the eaccounts (no email address). Currently I see no reason not to do it that way.
