Make Logbook View Title more descriptive #215

From Ana: Actually, on the top, where it says “Logbook view” in big blue letters, we could also write the e-account and surname of the PI or main proposer, so that we clearly see which logbook we have open at the moment of working.

I Think that request makes perfect sense, we have to find an implementation which isnt however eaccount specific

I am not sure I understand this request. If it is about showing the owner of the target logbook, that's already at the bottom here:

Also, I am not too sure we know who the principal investigator is from within scilog.

to avoid confusions it would be good to add:

The last 2 are not part of scilog, so the backend will need to include these 2 when doing the proposal cronjob from scicat to scilog. Also the frontend should have fields to specify the pgroup and the principal investigator of
