Fix build issue #21

Fix error "Entry spring-app-example-refs/heads/master/lib/master.jar is a duplicate but no duplicate handling strategy has been set".

CI build is now working.

I suggest a new 4.0.0 release. WDYT?

Absolutely. The baseline has changed to Java 11. I think it's correct to release 4.0.0
