Cannot type note with annotations plugin when in fullscreen #177

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a document with the annotations plugin
2. Go full screen
3. click on create note, note will appear, click into note
4. typing on keyboard has no effect 

What is the expected output? - text should fill the note

What do you see instead? - nothing 

What version of the product are you using? most recent as of 2 weeks ago
 On what operating system? - Mac OSX, Firefox 3.6

This is unfortunately due to a security restriction in the Flash Player. You 
can set the "FullScreenAsMaxWindow" to true if you would like FlexPaper to 
expand and use the entire browser window as a full-screen mode instead.
