I use the new version FlexPaper under the IE, but the FlexpaperViewer don't run 
correctly.

is the viewer not displaying at all or are you getting any javascript errors?

we found an issue with the build script rendering a minor javascript error 
which has been corrected, causing this issue with IE7 and IE6. This only 
affected the pre-built javascript version. We have uploaded a new build for 
1.4.2. Please download the latest 1.4.2 build again
