What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click the full screen button
2. Scale/Page/Search textboxes are not available 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Scale/Page/Search textboxes are available in full screen mode

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.2, 1.4.1

Working as intended, the flash player prevents user input in the form of text, 
if you want these controls enabled then please set the parameter 
"FullScreenAsMaxWindow : true"
