Trailing comma in commercial version 1.4.2 #197

The flexpaper_flash.js file that is downloaded from the commercial license 
download area with the link titled "1.4.2 Flash Version (revision 450)" is 
different than the flexpaper_flash.js file that is downloaded from Google Code 
with the link titled "FlexPaper_1.4.2_flash.zip".

There is an extra comma on line 24 of the commercial version which IE 
absolutely hates.

It looks like the issue was fixed on the Google Code version but still remains 
in the commercial version.

This is the line:
expressInstall: "js/expressinstall.swf",

fixed in 1.4.5 which is due for release in a few days
