Splitting mopidy out into a chef-mopidy? #5

Would you be at all offended if I pulled the guts of your mopidy cookbook out and improved it? Adding tests, Berkshelf bits, et cetera? I'd also like to make it more flexible / cross-platform-y along the way.

Wanted to ask politely before I just go refactor-wild. :)
