Allow for multiple word find and replace #8

Right now we are limited to finding and replacing only single words, we should be able to find and replace phrases as well. Example: "the cloud" -> "the Internet", "viral growth strategy" -> "no strategy"

Should also add support for contractions. Ex: "don't" -> "do not"
