need to add a build section to package.json #162

In order to be able to use this with webpack you need to modify this file to match this structure: "aurelia.build.resources". please see this for further details: https://github.com/bigopon/framework/blob/master/doc/article/en-US/setup-webpack.md (section #4). I may not have added all the correct files above.
