Add the missing Content-Type header, without this, the Twitter OAuth1 fails with Node Koa

Would there be a chance to get this PR accepted? A request should always have a Content-Type to be valid

Thanks Paul, however I think you forgot to bump the Github version (I did see you bumped NPM though).
