Tagging Datasets #11

We would like to be able to tag the datasets to describe the various parts of the embryos, so people can share their knowledge about the considered process.

One practical way would be to rely on the Hypothesis Project - Using this solution would enable to provide a unique and permanent DOI for each of the annotations.
