SND and GFX-Files on internal memory won't work starting from Android 11. #72

Starting from Android 11 Apps can't just access the internal memory, so putting the JSettlers-Folder with SND and GFX there won't make it visible to JSettlers. We need a workaround for this, e.g. a choice of where to locate these files on external memory.

I can't reproduce the issue. My Phone is on Android 12 and JSettlers detects the files just fine.
