GT standardization #153

I'm a bit confused as to what the bold/italics listing is (the 44019 in the pic below) vs the bold/italics that is above those (the "0" in pic). What's the difference and what field do those go into in the database?

The 0 next to GT is the value in the ships table, the 44019 on the left is what was reported on the report, the bold/italic 44019 is the value standardized on the report.

not sure if it was rejected for a specific reason, but is it possible for the system to recognize a GT submitted some arbitrary number (3x?), and then adopt that into the ships table as its GT? Just wondering.
