Needs refinement.

Modify UI to show grid of transits? Could show distance/time between each point, then dm's could bring up specific reviews from there.

2989997: LatLon point on land. Bring up location qc review if an outlier is on land? (distance field will be 0 no matter how far inland it is, many/most ports will have 0 for distance as well).
