Design made using bootstrap #6

Has any plan to implement design made using bootstrap in the project?

I think the tool is very powerfull, but the design dont help to find and do thinks: We waste more time think about where do i click next, than make thinkgs

Can i help in anything? Can i make a version in bootstrap?
