--host for another fontello instances #20

I just added an option (--host) to use fontello cli with another instances of fontello engine.

I'd love to understand the motivation behind this change. Seems like you're hosting fontello yourself?

Trying to make it better.. Maybe it will.

I meant more practically - I never considered needing the host to be anything other than fontello.com, but it appears than people host their own versions, and I'm looking for some insight into why that is.

I created my own instance because I'm using fontello with additional support for less.

Planning on merging this but want to clean up some things first.
