Add Tazerwarner #45

I don't necessarily see the usability of someone leftclicking merely to see whether the tazer is loaded or not. Also, to consider adding this feature, I would make it opt-in via the config. Additionally, please adhere to the Java conventions, specifically regarding spacing.
