Implement error handling when generating a package from connnection

• Add error handling to Package::from_connection for debugging.
  • Add some detailed errors, including passing through lexer and parser errors.
  • Combine the Enum types and values query into one.
  • Use itertools for group_by.
  • Update LexicalError to use usize to remove a bunch of casts.
  • Some formatting.
  • Modify the enum extraction to do the group by in SQL.
• Add an unsized variable length string to the parser.
  • Function arguments and return types seem to lose thier length when read out of the catalog.
  • This change lets us move past function types when extracting from the complex sample.
• Misc changes.
  • Add a trivial example project.
  • Re enable error backtraces in the command line output.
  • Update dependencies.
  • Setup debugging in VScode on windows.
