Implementation of Travis #82

Implements TravisCI into the project. Added in a PostgreSQL bootstrap script for integration tests to allow integration tests to run.

In addition, removed .vscode directory and moved the bash script under samples to avoid polluting root.

Fixes #55.

Merging this @justinlatimer - just FYI, have removed .vscode so you may want to back it up before fetching locally.
