put command를 exact argument를 1로 설정한 #133 PR때문에 발생한 버그를 고쳤습니다. 위의 PR의 경우 client cli에서 put command를 입력할 시 무조건 argument를 1개 넘겨주어야 했습니다. put command의 exact argument 조건을 삭제해 원래대로 롤백하여 버그를 해결하였습니다.
