Build binary file whether it is release or debug to exclude method which is only for test

release 모드와 debug모드를 구분하여 release모드에서는 test만을 위해 존재하는 method를 제외하고 빌드할 필요가 있습니다

test만을 위해 존재하는 method는 _test.go 파일로 옮기면 될 것 같아요.

test만을 위해 만들어진 method와 test code는 모두 삭제하겠습니다
