remove waypoint controls #510

theyre frustrating and useless now that the waypoint bank exists

instead of removing them it would be optimal to replace them as data slots instead, that waypoints can be used in we should add general use cartridges for stuff like dimensions, biomes, exterior/interior unlocking, audio schemes, shit like that it would be more convenient and wouldnt take up 3-4 controls.

i think we oughta replace these controls with something else, perhaps a switch to just have the rotor move like the show often has?
