mathtext.sty is not found on Ubuntu 20.04 (WSL) #5

After running make in root directory:

pdflatex main.tex
This is pdfTeX, Version 3.14159265-2.6-1.40.20 (TeX Live 2019/Debian) (preloaded format=pdflatex)
 restricted \write18 enabled.

Can be fixed with addition installation of package:
sudo apt-get install texlive-lang-cyrillic
