regional settings #154

I can't find regional settings, I'm not sure why but the "2 months ago" is displaying as "2 mesi fi" Probably a really easy fix I'm missing. I was thinking it might even be within the date_format option

How did you change it? For me it seems to be always in English but I use a German OS and I am based in Germany.
