minor errors in the code (jquery.socialfeed.js) are resolved

I think it's better to put the Gitter and CodeClimate icons on top of the README.md. Currently no one will notice the icons.

The icons are moved to the top now

We need to fix the issues with CodeClimate as soon as possible, otherwise 1.0 mark is misleading :)
