Add command line options to export growth parameters and top growth values as Excel.

You'll see the growth data xlsx in all pull requests from now. Just go to the Actions tab, then summary, and under 'artifacts' it should be there available for download. For example here: https://github.com/paviaishu16/Multiplate-reader-data-analyser/actions/runs/11290110983?pr=26
