Split vCard Addressbook in Extra Module #9

Do not merge!!! Nicht mergen!!!

Enthält ein vCard Addressbook Modul mit Lookup Funktion. Kannst du in ein Extra Modul Repro auslagern. Ich wollte nur deinen Code nicht klauen... ;-) Nicht das der Klon in die falsche Richtung zeigt.

I do not like the idea of splitting the vCard support out of the module. I want to keep the module simple and therefore provide at least one method of contact reading without having to install multiple modules. It is disabled by default so it shouldn't be a probables to still at the lookup (also disabled by default).
