Make auto-pause on call optional #106

Somehow this feature appeared only after the recent update on my Samsung Galaxy 
S with DarkyROM and android 2.3.3 (or I simply didn't notice it before?) Useful 
feature it may be but when I'm watching live football matches it is extremely 
annoying. Please make it configurable.

I also would like to disable this feature on occasion. For example if I make a 
call when someone else is watching :)

Hence I contribute a option to enable/disable auto-pausing:
