feature request - 'jump to' function

when watching a movie or tv series it (anything longer then 60m) using the 
playback to skip to a certain point is getting really hard especially if the 
point of time you want to jump to is relativley near at the begin of the movie.

a typical usecase would be skipping the intro of a tv series.

implementing VLC's 'jump to' feature would allow easier handling of situations 
like this.
