Vlc remote crashes randomly #140

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to open a folder in the library with many subfolders

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Vlc remote crashes without any error message.

4.0.2
Which Android device are you using?
Galaxy nexus

Please provide any additional information below.

Certain folders cause the app to crash, this is reproduceable.
But I couldn't find any reason why.
