Make fullscreen toggle button more accessible

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the application.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In 0.5.3 it was possible to see the full screen button. In 0.5.5 you need to 
click on another button first. Of those buttons, the full screen button is the 
one I use the most, so I would appreciate if it would be possible to move it.
Have a look at the screenshots below
