Delete single file from playlist #164

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when hold a file frome the playlist the submenu only shows play, not delete
2.the menubutton on the phone offers to clear playlist (only total playlist
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only one option to clear playlist, totally instead choosin to delete one file 
only

version 0.5.5

What version of VLC are you using?
version 1.1.11

What version of Android are you using?
Android 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich)

Which Android device are you using?
Samsung galaxy S3
