Feature request: open media other than files (disc, network stream, capture device...) #177

Currently, as I understand, the only way to add an item to VLC's playlist is by 
selecting a file from the local filesystem.

It would be nice if VLC Remote allowed any kind of media supported by VLC to be 
added - most prominently DVDs, but also network streams or capture devices.

For network streams, an additional bonus would be an intent to send any URL 
from Android to VLC remote.
