Suggestion: add icon to notification bar #188

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting the app and leave it running

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Suggestion: it would be nice if there would be an icon in the notification bar 
in Android, just to have easy access to the app, and add songs to your playlist 
etc.! Otherwise you're forgetting that you have the control of your VLC on your 
computer. Choice icon or not would be nice.

What version of VLC Remote are you using? 1.2.4

What version of VLC are you using? 2.0.5

What version of Android are you using? 4.1.1

Which Android device are you using? Samsung Nexus S (build number JRO03E)
