Limit volume to 100% & Volume step #205

Please, add an option to set the max volume at 100% (or custom %) and no 
further. And when this option is active, would be nice if the volumebar will 
expand to the right, hiding the unusable part of it, making easier the use on 
devices with small screen.

And if possible, an option to edit the volume step when using physical buttons, 
that now is ~7% (I would prefer a lower value, like 2%)

The max volume has been updated to match PC UI
